Hey, Knight parents! You know, I got it into my head after that last post that I’d be breaking from blogging for a little while. After all, how interesting can a college campus be during the summer, right? (Famous last words…) My point there is that, while there isn’t an abundance of buzzing, excited students roaming around, there are still exciting things going on.
Like what? You ask. Like SOARS. Incoming froshers will be on campus again Monday for the next SOAR event, the first time they get acquainted with courses and professors as BU students. But lets not forget the other contingent we have to welcome to campus: new BU parents.
Right now, some of you are reading this blog for (hopefully) the 25th time, but a handful of you may be reading it for the first time ever. If so, let me be the first to bid you welcome. Please read some old posts to get a sense of the oh-so-insightful tidbits you’ll find here. And–seriously, I want to hear from you–leave comments, ask questions, and make suggestions.
Thanks, and I look forward to talking with all of you as we welcome more BU Knights and their parents.
