Attention Parents of Juniors and Seniors: Alumni Want to Mentor Your Students!

Every Spring, the Pioneer Scholars Program invites alumni to lunch.

Students can get inundated with programs, events, announcements, and free stuff while in college. I’ve even heard the the daily student announcement email, the Daily Knight, referred to as SPAM! It can be difficult to filter among the important, the relevant, the necessary, the fun, and the optional.

This is one of the reasons why I want to bring a specific program to your attention: the Student-Alumni Mentoring Program is an excellent networking and mentoring opportunity currently available to students, specifically aimed and juniors and seniors preparing for the job market. If your student could benefit from meeting a professional (and who couldn’t!), encourage him or her to apply by going to this link: http://bellarmine.imodules.com/s/62/index.aspx?sid=62&pgid=1095&gid=1&cid=1936&ecid=1936&post_id=0
